Question:
How many lakes, larger than 20 acres, are there in Grand Traverse County?


Clues:
For reference, Boardman Lake on the south end of Traverse City is roughly 330 acres. North Twin Lake (where Twin Lakes Camp is located) is only about 18 acres. How many lakes are southwest of Traverse City down by Interlochen? How many more are southeast in the Spider Lake area? It starts to add up. Interestingly, if you drive through the county on the major highways, you don't see any of them.
